Refund Policy

The Short Version:
We’re not Amazon. But we’re not monsters either.

If something shows up broken, melted, or clearly cursed, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

The Slightly Longer Version:

• Send us an email with a photo if something’s wrong.
• If it’s our fault, we’ll fix it.
• If it’s your dog’s fault, probably not.
• Refunds take 5–10 business days because, you know, banking.

Exceptions:  
Custom merch, used gear, or items returned out of spite aren’t refundable. Try eBay.
